To assist payroll staff when completing payroll information each month, HotTeam provides a Time and Expenses review report which enables payroll staff to choose a member of staff and the period for review.
The review shows:
- Time records
- Expense records
Absence records can be hidden if preferred.
The time and expense data is summarised to provide totals that can be entered into your payroll system.
The time data will only provide pay values if the Rates of Pay are used – these are maintained on each user’s individualt accounts.
The Pay button provides a way to mark the records displayed as having been entered into the payroll system – it acts as a double check for payroll and other members of staff.
