Staff Events

Staff Events is a system that allows managers to record events about members of staff. This option is only available specified personnel.

In this page you can record any information about members of staff, whether in your team or not. However, you can only see events about members of staff in your team and whose Seniority level is lower than yours. Seniority levels are controlled by the administrator.

To record a Staff Event:

  • From the menu choose Staff Events
  • Choose a member of staff and the type of event
  • Record your comments and if necessary the next action and the date this is due
  • Click the Add button

Note: there is no way to delete a Staff Event

To see Staff Events for a member of staff in your team:

  • From the menu choose Staff Events
  • Choose a member of staff and the type of event
  • Click the Select button – events for that member of staff will be listed
