Hot Team – User Management

Editing User Profiles

Go to the menu option Managers\Users.

The pages shows a summary of all users in your Hot Team solution.

InActive users are shown at the bottom of the list.

To edit a user profile click the user name – shown on the left of the grid.

Enter changes to the user profile as required, click Save when you are done.

Adding a New User

Go to the menu option Managers\Users.

Near the top of the page, click the button ‘Add New User’


To issue a new password to the user, make sure their email address is correct, if you have to change it click Save. Then at the top of the user profile, click Generate New Password.

Users can change their own password by editing their own profile – to do this click the User Name / Image in the top banner.
